FAQ'S

> Can I Buy Tickets at the Door?

Of course! As long as there isn't a sell out online and there is space.

We have a limit of 40 Skaters per session, if you would like to purchase more than that please email us - roller-coast@outlook.com

*If Hiring Skates Booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment at the door.

> When should I arrive at the Rink?

Our sessions, doors open on the start times - it only takes a couple minutes to get checked in and have your skates on!

> Can I bring my Skateboard, Heelys or Scooter to the rink?

Nope! Only Roller Skates or blades.
*NO HEELY'S - If you wish to skate we have Hire Skates available.

> Would Weather affect my visit?

No, not at all. The roller disco is completely covered and won’t be affected. We do have to keep the floor dry and safe, so you will have to dry off if you are really wet from the rain.

> Can I Hire Skates?

YES! You can book them right here on our website alongside your entry ticket. We have a range of sizes in over 65 pairs of hire skates.

*Booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

> Is there lockers?

We don't currently have lockers, it is at your own risk for you leaving your belongings at the rink side. RollerCoast take no responsibility in loss of personal belongings.

> What ages do you allow?

You can Skate at RollerCoast from the age of 4 all the way to 80+

Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an Adult (25+), Children 12 & over can be left at the rink but this is at the Parent / Guardian / Carer's own risk. 

We advise you seek medical advice before skating at RollerCoast if you have any medical issues or conditions. Skating is great for you, but can cause damage if accidents happen!

> Can I ask for a special request for Birthdays?

Yes of course! Just send us an email at least 12 hours before your Skating session - roller-coast@outlook.com Then notify us when you have arrived!

> Do you accept your loyalty cards for Lesson bookings?

No, our loyalty cards are only valid and will be stamped for Disco session bookings independently, if you have booked for a lesson block your loyalty card will not be stamped or count even though you have entry to the disco after the lesson.

> What's your refund policy?

> Can I bring my own food & drink?

NO Food or Drink is allowed to be consumed on the premises, unless purchased at the Rink!

The only drink you can bring in is unopened bottled water. RollerCoast reserve the right to remove any individual consuming any alcohol, own food or any drink that isn't bottled water.

> I don't know how to skate is there someone to show me?

Yes absolutely! Our staff members have clear STAFF T-shirts on you can ask them to show you how to skate and how to do it safely.

> I'm not Skating do I need to purchase a ticket?

There is no fee for spectators at any of our sessions / Disco's, a Spectator Ticket will be automatically added to any child ticket.

> Do you play music at the Disco's / sessions?

We do play music at both our Disco's and our sessions, we play the latest music but also play classics. Even though we do our best to ensure the songs are clean for playing for younger participants please bear in mind that all songs may not be suitable for younger participants.
